I visited to collect an order a few days ago and Callum was fab - really helpful and friendly. Breakfast and cake were absolutely delicious. Loads of choice and really tasty food. I will definitely be returning.

waitress didn’t give or explain to us where to get cutlery or condiments, amazing how they managed to get the chips to be so overcooked yet the veggie burger so undercooked yet so dry and hard, the coleslaw was in a slip on my plate with unequal portions to those i was eating with, not quiet sure how it’s 4 star should be 2 at max

Proper old school pub grub with a kids play area. Kids eat free during most school holidays so it’s a great deal for us, as a family of 6. The northern manager (terrible with names - sorry!) is always incredibly polite and helpful- a great representation of the brand! No complaints about any of the team! Extra thanks for the chefs who tirelessly carve up the meats for the carvery!

Their is absolutely no etiquette in this place , you can’t enjoy the food here as all you get is screaming brats here, no chance of enjoying the food as the adults are totally oblivious to the noise and their surroundings, this really is not a nice place to come and enjoy food , as you will not enjoy it, I left mine as the screaming brats in here continued and got nearer and nearer to my table in the end I had to stand up and make sure I had My personal space. Never again will I come here.
